WHAT DATA WE MAY COLLECT.

Contact enquiries

If you use our contact form, we receive the name, email address, subject and message you submit. We use that information to read, route and respond to your enquiry.

Notifications

If you choose to enable Mastermind notifications, the notification service may process a push-subscription identifier and technical browser or device information needed to deliver alerts. TLM currently uses OneSignal-powered notifications. You can change your notification preferences or disable alerts on your device at any time.

Accounts and Show Control

Authorised team members who sign in to WordPress or Show Control may have account information and login-related technical data processed so the site can authenticate and secure access.

Comments and media

If commenting or media-upload features are enabled and you use them, WordPress may process the information you submit together with technical information used for spam prevention and security. Images uploaded to the site can contain embedded location information, so contributors should remove location metadata where appropriate.

Technical and security information

Like most websites, server logs may contain technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, requested URLs, timestamps and error/security events. This information is used to operate, troubleshoot and protect the service.

COOKIES & LOCAL STORAGE.

The Mastermind web app and notification features may store settings locally in your browser or installed web app, for example app state and notification preferences. Removing site data from your browser or device can clear those settings.

Pages on tlmuk.com may include embedded or connected content such as livestreams, video, audio, social content or notification services. When you interact with third-party content, that provider may receive technical information and may use its own cookies or similar technologies under its own privacy policy.

Using embedded content can therefore be similar to visiting the provider's own website or app. We only connect services that support the site's features, but their processing is governed by their own policies as well as any applicable data-protection law.

SHARING & RETENTION.

We do not sell personal information.
